Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
• Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• If rejected, the item may be sent back to you.
